I signed up for car insurance with my husband and have been paying our monthly payments for two months when they called and stated they were going to not only increasing my rate but also back charging me for the two months. So basically paid for an extra month of insurance on top of what I already paid. I have never been more disappointed in an insurance company especially when my husband owns a local business and uses them for all his vehicles. I have not had an insurance company do this before especially after already starting a policy with them. Please find coverage somewhere else."
